Ingredients
Contains extracts of: Ladies mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa), Oat greens (Avena sativa), Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng) Herbal extracts are made with ethanol (beet alcohol) and water
Directions
Adults: Take 5ml, three times daily in approximately 15ml of warm or cold water.
