Description

Ginger and cardamom are both wonderful, warming carminative herbs. A carminative is a substance that relieves flatulence and spasm and discomfort in the intestine.

Ginger and Cardamom syrup can be taken straight off the spoon or is also wonderful in a small of hot water after a meal or if you are suffering from a cold or flu.

Ginger is one of our best known prokinetics, which means it encourages intestinal motility and prevents stagnation. Prokinetic herbs are great for wind, bloating and discomfort for this reason.

Directions:

Take 1/2 to one teaspoon, one to four times in a day as needed.

Ingredients:

Water, organic unrefined cane sugar, ginger root (Zingiber officinalis), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), ethanol.
